Who we typically work with
We focus on mid-senior to senior professionals, typically from Manager level upward. If you are earlier in your career, we may not have relevant roles right now, but we are happy to keep your details on file for the future.

Cross-border moves
We have spent more than a decade moving professionals between countries. If a role means relocating, whether from Italy to Ireland, Poland to the UK or anywhere else in Europe, we are comfortable with the practical side: right-to-work checks, long notice periods, relocation logistics and the family conversations that come with an international move.
We will flag any complications early so there are no surprises.

We work in English, Polish and Italian. You will always be able to talk to us in the language you are most comfortable in.

We understand that most of the people we speak to are happily employed and not publicly looking. Everything you share with us, your resume, your salary and your reasons for considering a move, stays between us unless you tell us otherwise.
