This policy explains how IHR GROUP SP. Z O.O., trading as IHR Life Sciences, collects and uses personal data through this website and in the course of our recruitment work. It applies to candidates, client contacts and anyone who gets in touch with us.

What we collect
If you are a candidate, we collect the details you send us, such as your name, contact details, resume, career history, qualifications and the kind of role and location you are interested in. We may add notes from our conversations with you and, with your agreement, references.
If you are a client or business contact, we collect your name, job title, company, contact details and information about the roles you ask us to fill.
When you use the website, we collect basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type, and the details you enter into our forms.
Why we use it and our legal basis
We use candidate data to consider you for suitable roles, to contact you about them and, only with your agreement, to introduce you to prospective employers. We rely on our legitimate interest in providing recruitment services, and on your consent where we share your details with a client.
We use client data to respond to enquiries, run searches and manage our business relationship, relying on our legitimate interests and, where a contract is in place, on the performance of that contract.
Who we share it with
We never pass a candidate’s details to an employer without talking to them first. We share data with trusted service providers who help us run the business, such as our website host, email provider and recruitment software, under contracts that require them to protect it. Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate data for as long as it is useful for finding you suitable roles, and review it at least every two years. We keep client data for as long as we have a business relationship and for as long afterwards as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email chris@ihrpharma.com. You also have the right to complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, UODO) in Poland, or to the data protection authority in the country where you live or work.
